Returns

I gladly accept returns.

Please contact me if you have any problems with your order and I will do the upmost to help.

Should you wish to return an item, please contact me within 5 days of delivery to discuss. Items must be dispatched within 14 days of an agreed return.

Unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for personalised or custom items. 

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Cancellations

To cancel and order, please email within 1 hour of your purchase. Cancellations may not be possible after this time if your order is already in the fulfilment process.
